Lord, thank you for calling (Name) into the body of Christ, where you have prepared a special place for him/her. As each part does its work, the body of Christ grows and builds itself up in love. I decree that when (Name) is in relationship with you God, he/she will know his/her part in the body. Open my eyes to (Name)s gifts and talents so I may encourage him/her. I declare whatever (Name) does, whether in word or deed, it will be done in the name of the Lord Jesus. As (Name) identifies and refines his/her gifts they will be used to serve others, faithfully administering grace in its various forms.
